In several years ago, there are many women who do not concern with their fitness. But recently they becomes more realize that the health and fitness are something which is important. It is commonly happen that woman has a job on office for factory, and also they must do their responsibility for do their household works. This condition will make the woman be tired and they susceptible to illness. It is rational that recently there are many diseases which attack woman.

By this condition, the woman must consider that to keep womens fitness is the urgent thing that cannot be deleted. They must train themselves to do a healthy lifestyle. They can get the tips form the doctor or form the health magazine for woman. They can apply the tips and see the different. For getting the health body, every woman must practice to do certain sport continuously, and they must consume healthy food also.

The food is important thing which influences the woman’s health directly. They must eat the full nutrition food which is cocked well. And the food which is healthy such as fruit and vegetable will sustain the womens fitness.  Doe of them, woman must concern about their own health.
